Food for 7/29

Here we are again...

Breakfast:
- SlimFast, Creamy Milk Chocolate, 200 cal.

Snack:
- Chewy Chocolate Chip granola bar, 100 cal.

Water Intake:
- 1.1 L

Lunch:
- Chicken Salad
- Ritz Crackers, 160 cal.
- Honeydew Melon
- Yoplait Light Key Lime Pie yogurt, 100 cal.

My Nike Women's Training Club & I are not getting along, but I try to stay active the best I can. Hopefully whatever the little glitch is that's cramping my workout style will be fixed so I can start on strength!
